Refund and Return Policy

We don’t have return policy. Because hampers can have some sensitive items jiski guarantee nai hoti for delivery. Like glass. But we still do good packaging for safety.

Quality is already A++ so return and refund isn’t applicable as of now.

Shipping costs is calculated on the weight of the hamper box. We generally make it free if it’s 2 kg. If it exceeds, then we charge a shipping 130/kg.

The hamper is usually shipped 2-5 days after the order is received. And the customer receives it within 4 to 7 business days. In most cases, the city nearest to ours can receive in 1 to 2 days. It’s expected for the customer to place an order a few days before the occasion so they can receive on time.

In case the order is undeliverable due to an emergency, we will refund in 1-2 days or immediately.
